Gregory Damiani & Michael Weissman have each been practicing attorneys in the State of Florida since 1991.  Michael Weissman and Gregory Damiani have handled, literally, thousands of Real Estate transactions through the years.  They have experience representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and builders.  They have experience negotiating on behalf of their clients, drafting and reviewing contracts, examining the status of title, issuing title insurance, drafting documents needed for Real Estate transactions, and conducting closings.
